The Model 3892 utilizes a Timing Screw Drive Unit to acquire positive control of the container prior to entering the Vacuum Reject Starwheel. The Drive Unit and Starwheel are mechanically linked together to ensure correct timing between both units.

Flexible suction cup orifices located in each pocket of the starwheel, conform to the shape of the container to insuring a positive grip. Application devices located prior to the starwheel are required to determine the validity of rejection.

The Model 3892 Vacuum Reject System will process containers at a speed up to 1500 units per minute, depending upon size, shape and weight.
